For an average non-power user

She has found the screen very clear and operating YouTube, email, Firefox intuitive. She is getting a kick out of exploring the special function buttons. All n all, she is very pleased and if she is pleased, so am I.

Great chromebook for school.

I am a hero because they tell me that they are so great for their school assignments and homework.

Easy easy easy

It probably would not be suitable for gaming, but if you are a person who never loads cds/dvds into your pc and most of your stuff is done online, this is an excellent choice. It runs the free online version of MS Office. You can use up to 128gb sd card for extra storage. Remember, Chrome OS doesn't neeed the ram and processor speed that Windows does to get things done. For example, it boots in 7 SECONDS! What a bargainI

Not for Senior Citizens

Had to purchase a new printer in order to print. Should have come with instruction book or lessons in store. Best Buy should give a class or two to teach you how to work it.
