I think this laptop is an excellent quick task solver for the web. Battery life is above average and is very mobile, however a bit too wide for me to carry around for my liking. Something that is awkward is switching from CAPS LOCK to regular script. Like mouse pad interface and interaction. Wish you could pin apps to the desktop and wish had pairing with iphones, not just androids. However excellent, quick, efficient laptop that I'm proud to call mine.

If 90% of what you do is surf the web then this is the perfect laptop for you. The other 10% such as word processing, spreadsheets and presentations can be done using Google Docs. Google Docs also opens Microsoft Office documents (you just cant edit them). You cannot install anything on this laptop and so malware and viruses wont be a problem since they cant be installed. Great speed using Chrome and no performance issues running multiple tabs with Youtube and other CPU intensive websites.

Yes you can purchase a low end PC laptop for the same price, but if you're like me and use it mainly for surfing the web and are into Google's suite of apps then this is absolutely perfect!

I purchased the Acer 15" screen for my son to use to access school web documents. It is the perfect machine for gmail and google docs. I would buy the same produce again.

I got this for my dad. He was using a Windows laptop that started getting slow. He LOVES this laptop. It's way way way faster than his old laptop plus there's not risk of malware

I don't know much about computers but this Chromebook was so easy I got started quickly. The helps section is very understandable. I love this Chromebook.

Got an Acer for my wife three years ago. She loves it and it is still working fine. Decided to get one for myself and chose this one from the reviews. Also wanted a big one for the screen. Been using for about three months and it is working great with no problems encountered. Highly recommend this Acer model.

This is a great machine for getting online and and being able to check email.

Crisp Picture. It's a fantastic laptop: Turn the power on and you're good to go. Its a great internet machine. It could use a light for the keyboard.
