    I did not care for the google chrome experience. Everything out there is written for Windows. There is very limited things youi ca do on this computer. Was not happy and returned same.

    I was worried about getting a refurbished laptop, but it is perfectly built! Speakers are loud. Overall its a beautiful laptop with amazing battery life. Perfect gift for a college student and for people who just like to mainly use the internet.

    Bought this Chromebook after reviewing similar items. I soon discovered that the Wifi works intermittently. All other wireless devices in my house work fine. This Chromebook only connects when it feels like it, and connectivity is rather vital to this product. I contacted Acer Recertified support via email and phone. Never received a response. I tried again recently but again no response. (I was holding on in queue for awhile before it forced me to leave a message and they'd call back, which they never did.) This lack of support is unreasonable and this product is almost useless without Wifi. I'm incredibly unhappy. Consider the manufacturer before making a purchase.
