Works as well as my smaller Asus chromebook except the touchpad is sometimes unresponsive to double tap used for right click. The screen size and keyboard are similar, and the battery life, although difficult to track, is adequate. The rough texture case is very nice, although I am second guessing buying white. I would buy it again and am happy with it overall.

Overall the product works pretty much as advertised. The Google OS is actually fairly trick and will be interesting to see how they improve and evolve it over time. The experience of picking it up was a different story. Bought it on the web, got updates and notifications via text - all great. When I got the notification that it was ready I went to the store and...proceeded to wait around for nearly 30 minutes while the staff tried to locate it. So while the product is fine, BBBY could do a little better on the delivery.

My little gamer would have preferred an easier laptop to use, he had to watch videos on you tube to figure out how to do things and was still unable to download the specific Minecraft game that was the reason he wanted a laptop. Also no disc drive in a computer is just beyond me. I really cant believe I made this purchase. The price was right I guess.

Was a little apprehensive about purchasing a refurbished computer, but so far this one has exceeded my expectations. It's so easy to use and the battery lasts "forever" between charges. I've used it for webinars for work and its performance has been exceptional.

This croomebook is just like new .Ithought it would be badly worne

This is my the 3rd Chromebook. My 2nd Acer. I have a 11 inch Acer with 2GB of memory and It lagged a little when I had more than a couple of tabs open. This one has 4GB of memory and runs very well with multiple tabs open. Also the large screen is nice. I installed Ubuntu on it via Crouton. It runs Ubuntu 14.04 XFCE great. It will run Draftsight Cad with no problems. I changed the ssd to a 120GB . That I had previously installed on my 11" Acer. Without any issues. Though I am not sure about the white color. I might have to get a cover. The only negative that I believe needs to be said. Is that it took over a week for Best Buy to ship this computer. That's is a eternity this day and age.
