All Acer laptops and Chromebooks include an AC adapter/power cord. If your refurbished product did not include one, please contact Best Buy for assistance. If they cannot help please contact PlanetROI who provides warranty service and support for the recertified products. Contact information should be included in box with the product. They will be happy to provide assistance with your recertified Acer and offer repair if it is needed. Here is their contact information in case you need:

These refurbished machines work great out of the box, but won't get necessary security updates after 6 years. The clock for that 6 (or sometimes 8) years starts when the Chromebook is MADE, regardless of if it's been reconditioned or refurbished. You could be like me, and only get 3 years out of the machine. Check google for the AUE before you purchase any Chromebook please.
