Product look is awesome, tech wise screen is full HD, great large screen, pentium processor with fast reboot!

Bought this for my mom for Christmas. I researched a lot before choosing this Acer, it had the best reviews on Best Buy of any Chromebook. I got her touchscreen so when PlayStore comes to Chromebook, she can upgrade. She only surfs and plays games so this will be perfect for her. Plus love the fact she won't need to buy additional antivirus software for protection.

This is a great laptop/Chromebook . It has a big screen and I have seen YouTube say I am watching 4k video in it . If you need something for basic needs and that you can use for emails ,papers , or just social media this is a great but for the price and productivity that you can use it for . If you want intense video editing and others things that is intensive get something else

I bought this as a "placeholder" because my old laptop finally stopped working, and I was short on cash for a top line laptop. In short, this is an excellent option over a tablet for daily needs/uses. It's not a perfect replacement for a laptop, as you need to run the mobile or chrome versions of software. But if you were like me, and got talked into buying a high end (not Ipad) tablet, you found out the battery life was awful and the ability to do anything other than playing games or shopping Amazon, tablets are useless. The Chromebook is feather light, great battery life, and is easier to use than a tablet. I even completed an excel assessment test for a job interview on my Chromebook. It cant run as fast as a laptop, and the mobile version of office is okay, not great. Great for students, people who don't need a regular laptop, or who try to live only via a mobile device. Honest, it's a good value. But do invest in the bluetooth accessories like a keyboard and mouse. I also bought a privacy screen protector. Works good to keep the fingerprints to a minimum.

I have found this computer to be the finest laptop I have ever owned! This laptop has the best screen I have ever seen. It is quick on and lasts many hours on a charge and the google operating system is far superior to windows! I would recommend this computer to the young and old!

Bought this for my kids. Perfect interface for sake of ease or user-friendliness. Nice big screen. Great price.

Works well as chromebook. Since android apps are available, using a VPN and remote desktop apps allows you to use business or home computing resources anywhere you have WiFi or a hotspot, with good keyboard feel and touchscreen function. Only remaining question is durability.

The screen is great and the unit is nice and light. The Chrome OS helots make it fast.

This chromebook is very user-friendly and took only minutes to set up . The touchscreen features make it very easy to use and are worth the extra cost above other similar models. The processor also makes the computer run quite fast on wi-fi.

Absolutely new to Chromebooks and Chrome OS so I was hoping for an easy transition and this Laptop is incredible. I'm coming off of a Macbook Pro (Mid 2010) and I can do so much more with this - the Android apps in the Google Play store are wonderful and interesting.

This is not a Chromebook that I want to carrry around with me, but I love coming home to it. It's not that heavy, actually, but at 15.6 screen size, it's a big device. My "on the go" Chromebook is a Samsung Chromebook Pro, and it is amazing. This Acer 15 is not as dazzling as the Samsung, but it is a different device with a different target, and I think it hits that target well. I enjoy the added screen space for relaxing and "spreading out" online in the evenings. The backlit keyboard is good in every respect, as well. Highly recommended!

I've had this computer for a few months and I really love it. The reason I gave it a four star rating is because the audio sometimes goes whack and I have to restart my computer for it to return to normal. (It sounds like robots slowed down talking whenever this problem occurs). Besides that I haven't had a problem. Battery life is great, touch screen works perfectly, the audio can be turned up very high. It's a great computer I use for school because I'm able to zoom into projects with my touch screen with ease. The screen is also big enough to have two tabs open at once to help with note taking!

I have totally enjoyed my Acer chromebook. I would highly recommend this device to anyone. It is very user friendly and easy to use. I think it is a great value. Thanks to Best Buy staff for recommending it.

My first experience with chromebooks. Was able to set up printing to legacy network printer with little difficulty. 2 USB 3.0 and 2 USB 3C ports - way better than the just 1 3C on most chromebooks. Very fast, big screen, and touch screen to boot. Not a flip top.

Bought this computer for my daughter to use for school. She loves the large screen, the flexibility of using the keyboard or the touchscreen, and it is really light weight.

Works great easy to use. Love the larger screen and light weight of the lap top. Would recommend to friends and family for sure.
