Monitor OK but too bright and no way to dim
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not only is the monitor too bright but when I called the store In Alabaster Alabama where I bought it I was told by a clerk that all the people in that department were too busy to talk to me and tell me how the dimmer works. It is not in the manual. They said to bring it back in. Back in is 45 minutes from my house. That's the worse customer service I have ever seen.

good price, but you get what you pay for

It has worked fine as a second display, but don't expect this to look incredible. It has a dead pixel, response time is slow, and the DPI is low. The positive is that text reads easily on it and the VGA port is compatible with almost anything. Great for using with a laptop for more desktop area.
