Then I took it it to bestbuy to fix the issue, they couldn't fix it either. Eventually I had to return this monitor. screen resolution's problem,

Cons: Monitor stand is too short, optimal viewing angle is considerably narrower than more expensive monitors, fussy controls, no DVI cable included. Conclusion: This affordable monitor is best suited for everyday casual use such as web browsing, gaming, and watching videos.

And one thing to keep in mind is this monitor does not tilt much at all. I would say only about 15 degrees. It also isn't able to adjust the height of the screen.

I'm using with with my 2008 MacBook Pro and getting display was definitely an upgrade to the display. I don't think you can beat the quality on this monitor for its price! Can't go wrong!

Has only VGA and DVI-D inputs but you can't expect more in this price range. Resolution and color is fine. I use it as an auxiliary monitor for work and it's perfect for that. The setup buttons are small and difficult to work with because they're hidden on the bottom and not visible. Why can't the monitor makers put them on the front or side where you can see them! Also wish it would tilt a bit more. 15 degrees is not quite enough. Overall I am pleased with the purchase and feel like I got lots of value for the money.
