I checked the Best Buy webdite and found this one on sale, so I jumped at the chance to buy it. I'm not a gamer or anything. This monitor is just for viewing websites or word/excel/google documents, so I didn't need anything stellar in terms of graphics. This monitor is great for my needs.

It does not ship with anything except VGA cables and my desktop doesn't have those connections anymore. The monitor doesn't have an hdmi port either, so I have to get a converter to connect this monitor to my new Dell desktop. Hassle. It's ok, but spend a couple bucks more and get newer tech.

Taking all three back.

When I'm sitting directly in front of the screen, there is a bluish yellow tint to the top quarter of the screen. When I'm above normal eye level, the screen is normal color, but everything looks way too bright and washed out. I'll be taking this back and paying a little more for something that's better quality.

I tried everything I could but it was still too dull and yellow looking. The hue and color adjustments didn't all work. I had it connected to an all-in-one HP running windows10 using a 3.0 USB to VGA adapter. I would not recommend it for this type of set up. Perhaps it would have been okay but I could tell it was not worth my time anymore because the settings adjustments weren't all working. I exchanged it for an HP monitor and even the automatic settings on this far exceed any fiddling I accomplished with the Acer.
