    Looks brand new to me. Boots very quickly and runs every app I have tried so far. Sound is tinny but will use headphones anyway.

    product refurbish was not complete. Lettering was so small on the bars at the top of page and did not enlarge after going to settings and adjusting. I did not have time to correct so I returned product and purchased same from Newegg at a cheaper price and it is fine. Just purchased a second one from them
