    This is my first laptop ever and i love it. It had a few scratches on the front. The battery life is very good i was on it for a few hours studying for a test and I still had more the half the battery life. The only thing i dont like is the middle thing you use for the cursor or mouse so i just plugged my USB mouse to it and now its perfect.

    Acer Laptop was refurbished, when it arrived it looked new- logged in got windows 11 update and am very happy with my new laptop its quick and serves my needs- not crazy about windows 11 though UGH...lol

    Very difficult to set up, even with alexas instructions. I am still working on it. Other than that, I would not buy it again
