Needed Windows 7 for previous programs. Seems like a nice laptop for the money and all it's features.

I got this for my daughter to use for digital art and gaming. She's playing Borderlands 2 with a girlfriend from New York as I'm typing this. It also plays nice with her Cintiq tablet so she can work on drawing and animation. Great little bargain laptop.

It is a great laptop for sending child to college. The back-lit keyboard is a great feature for doing work without disturbing others with too many lights on.

This laptop is great for the price. You can see the specs yourself, but as for use... it's perfect weight, large screen, good keyboard, boots up fast, plenty of storage and memory, good speakers, battery is decent... and Windows 7 is easy to use.

I bought it on sale and I'm very satisfied. Great price, performing laptop, happy customers.

Bought this computer for use in a volunteer program. It has served admirably so far. I found it to be a good product.

We needed a new computer for our home in Florida. Since my wife had heard so many bad things about Windows 8 and did not care for the changes in Windows 10, we decided on Windows 7 technology currently on the Dell we have at our primary residence in Pennsylvania. We found it in the Acer at a reasonable price and quality recommended by the Best Buy associate. To date it has performed flawlessly for our needs.

Acer laptop is very good, fast and easy to work on it. We like also the Windows 7 program.

I am a previous owner of an Acer, and was totally satisfied with that Laptop. So naturally, I gravitated to another Acer. I knew I wanted a larger Laptop with an Intel processor with Windows 7. The choices were few in store but the Sales Associate was able to order my new Acer Aspire 771-645B online. It took only six days to come in, and I was happy to get it home and test it out. I have only had the new laptop one month, and the first couple of weeks were great. Then it started having problems. It just shuts it self off. I thought okay, maybe it needs to be propped up on some pegs, that maybe the formica desk top I have it sitting on isn't letting enough air get to the fan. Well that's not it because it keeps shutting itself down for no apparent reason. At this point I can't return it for a refund and I suppose I a going to have to send it in to Acer. I am totally frustrated. I was warned not to buy an Acer, but I didn't listen..

I love, love, love this computer!!! I am NOT a fan of Windows 10 and have read horrible things about Windows 8, so it was important for me to find a laptop with Windows 7. The larger screen is also a big plus!!!!! I am not computer savvy but this was extremely easy to get up and running!!! The purchase process was also simple and quick!

This unit works very well for my use at home. I think if you had to carry this comp. very much it would make you very tired.

So far so good. This is a Christmas present. We are just starting to use it. Very easy to set up. Don't pay BB to do it. Basically plug and play.

This computer is just what we needed. No complaints.

Exceeded all our expectations. No problems with memory or storage.

For E-mail,facebook,stock quotes,picture retention,news,record keeping and reference it is very handy. We do not use it for movies,TV,or music.
