Very nice computer, very fast,rediculously fast proccesing, cheap price, good graphics card, upgradable RAM, huge hard drive

Con #1 (and this is a BIG #1): This machine arrived in a non-working state. On bootup, the machine said it could find no disk. I opened up the machine (yes, I actually opened the machine up), and found that a power cable that was supposed to go to the hard drive had never been plugged in. I plugged it in myself and closed the machine's case back up. I know how to do this because I'm a bit tech savvy, but most people wouldn't be able to do this themselves, instead, they'd probably go through the trouble of taking this back to best buy and asking them to exchange it for a working model. Why didn't Acer check to make sure the machine was working before sending it to me? Con #2: This machine comes with no manual and the support is only available in standard business hours, not 24/7, so if you have a question and it's 7pm, you're out of luck. Pros: This machine seems really fast to me with the dual core AMD processor, it has a nice large hard drive, and the machine actually looks BETTER than what is shown in the picture in my opinion. I was worried that the integrated video wouldn't be enough for my 22" monitor, but it handles that high resolution with no problem. I was also worried that 2GB of ram wouldn't be enough, but I run tons of apps and have 700 MB of ram free.

the processing is outstanding and the hard drive is spacious.

This is a great product especiall for the price. The speed is excellent. I would highly recomend.
