When my mother purchased and then returned an HP laptop that turned out to have a non-functioning microphone, the salesman convinced us to swap it for this Acer Aspire e15 Touch. This is what she needs the computer to do: go online, surf the web, check email. Well, that is just TOO MUCH to ask of this machine. It can barely even start and it's constantly acting in strange ways. Even though a virus scan came out clear, a friend had to spend 4 hours working on the machine and clearing it of all the junk it comes with, which bogs down the processor so much that it can barely function. Ex: It could not open a web browser. On top of that, the mouse track pad keeps failing. I strongly regret this purchase. Unfortunately BB only gives you 15 days to return it. It's a HUGE waste of money. I can't believe Acer calls this thing a "computer"!
