i love my new computer...it is an excellent refurbished...i took a chance after only buying brand new, but i felt best buy could be trusted, and i certainly trust them....this computer does everything it said it would but i feel this review is more about BestBuy than it is about the computer...there wasn't a scratch or a dent on this computer, perhaps someone returned it unopened and it had to be sold as refurbished, if that isn;t the case, then BestBuy did an excellent job of putting it right.
