Was looking for a large touch screen laptop and there were only a few choices. The sales person helped me choose this for my husband and he loves it. It overall was a great purchase.

Everything is great except the battery which is jumping between 2 and 5 hours. I don't know where it will settle in. I do like the laptop so far. Acer support is a bit of unknown to me.

I love this laptop. It was easy everything from the day I got it in February 2017. It is everything I was looking for and more. I never had an Acer before but now I will always think Acer. Really love the backlit keyboard.

They are a view unexpected issues with the computer but they are minor. Considering the price I still find it to be a great buy.

Do not like the McAfee virus program or the geek program that wants to be installed every time I turn on the computer.

Fast, clear, crisp, and perfect for the handy dandy computer geek. well, really for the non computer geek. I got it for the wife and she absolutely loves it and no problems with downloads or learning how to use it. Folds in many ways and becomes flat or angled.

My husband was in desperate need of a replacement for work. He is hard on the hinges so we are in wait & see stage on how the 360 screen works. The rest is find.

Pretty good laptop for what I need. Only issue I've had is with the touchpad pad and Bluetooth mouse. Every once in a while they glitch or become unresponsive.

I purchased an external DVD Writer because my new computer does not have an internal DVD Drive. I needed to load software from a disc and was able to do so with this writer. I know I will make great use of it in the future as well. It is very easy to use.

Best laptop I’ve had so far. Very user-friendly. Great screen. Wish I could be updated a little though I’ve had it for a while.

does everything I need it to do. This unit is much better than the last unit I bought. I am still upset about the computer I bought Pryor to my new one.

The first one I bought was bad, wouldn't turn on lol. Returned and exchanged for similar Aspire R -5, it works great for what I need it. Nursing School.

I had to go to set up utility to get the computer wiring. Loved the large screen. Go 300 more and get more

This 2 in 1 is great, love the backlit keyboard and the speed. Never any buffering watching embedded vids like my HP All in one with an AMD processor does. Price point was at least $200 less than comparable models like the Dell, HP & Lenevo.

This was bought for my son for high school and obviously his own time. It has lived up to its needs and has been very versatile. No complaints.

I gave 4/5 due to login screen occ. doesn't function and need to restart This happens infrequently and the benefits of computer outweigh this

Only issue is I have had this laptop for a month and I have to download drivers because wifi quit working but I gather this is not a new issue

Screen is really clear and easy to see. Keys work well. One problem; the keys go unlit way to quickly with just a few seconds of inactivity.

When buying I wish salesperson had mentioned it didn't have disc player but honestly they may all not come without now. I will figure out.
