    This laptop was purchased refurbished under 1 month ago. On the first day of use it started getting numerous blue screens. The problems kept getting worse. It forgot Windows 10. After reloading it forgot again. We took it in to an independent Geek and we are told that is has a corrupted hard drive, memory system, RAM, and multiple drivers relating to the screen. The computer won't even respond to any keys now and is worthless. We contacted Customer Service and were told the purchase was over 15 days prior, and we have to eat the loss, (while telling me we should sign up for a Best Buy Credit Card). If they change their minds and rectify this total loss, I will remove this scathing review.

      We are sorry you are unhappy with your Acer recertified notebook. These products have a 90-day warranty against hardware defects. If you are within your warranty period please contact PlanetROI who provides warranty service and support for the recertified products. Contact information should be included in box with the computer. They will be happy to provide assistance with your recertified Acer and offer repair if it is needed.
