This laptop is a great combination of reliable, fast and has a sleek design which makes it easy to transport back and forth to school. It is capable of having many tabs open without slowing it down.

First time buying an acer product and I was surprised how good it is. I like the create your own cloud service and it is a fast computer. Acer now has my attention when I buy computers in the future.

I like that it's touch screen and that it turns into a tablet. It's nice that it has so much memory and that its really fast.

One of my new favorite toys in the house. Very fast and reliable. Would recommend to anyone looking for this type of 2 in 1 for under 800$

I am able to navigate faster with many windows open. touch screen makes it easier to get things moved and zoomed in.

This item is lightweight, versatile for the average user.as I'm not interested in gaming etc. Now if I can only master Windows 10!!!!

I like this computer a lot. Not so crazy about Windows 10. There are a couple of problems that I hope can be fixed or debugged. It doesn't always scroll - either with the touch screen or using the touch pad or the down scrolling key. Works fine when I plugged in the mouse. Then I get a messages that the Intel processor has quit working. But for the most part it's a good computer, very responsive. Absolutely love the solid state drive, reboots in about 40 seconds.

I think this is a great computer for my schooling. It's fast and very easy to work with when using Microsoft

Good laptop, well worth the price paid for it. Comparable to bigger name brands without the high price tag.

Went into Best Buy and this model was suggested to me by sales rep. I have been using it for over a month and love the features and ease in which i can use it. Great boot time, clear picture, and overall has some really cool features. The only negative qualities I have noticed are 1) the keys froze one time (which once restarted never was an issue again), and 2) excel window page is smaller needing me to expand the cells which I found a bit annoying. I have been told I could adjust this, but haven't got around to it yet. This is me just nitpicking and would definitely highly suggest this as great value for it's price.

I love the touchscreen feature and that it can turn into a tablet for easy and quick take long to classes.

Easy to set up. Fast enough response time for my mostly work related activities; internet access, email, Microsoft Office tools. Lightweight so great if you travel.

The laptop is a little flimsy, but it does the job. The touch pad is very sensitive when you type.

This laptop just didn't make the cut. It would freeze randomly and no amount of rebooting, updates, or even reinstalling from scratch could save it. At one point I thought maybe it was some incompatible software, so I formatted back to a fresh install and let it sit for 10 minutes, no updates, no installing anything, not even changing a single setting and she still froze. The suspect is an incompatibility with the Intel 520 graphics chipset, however it appears it's the combo of 5th gen i5 processor with it that does it. I returned for a dell that did the same thing. Finally got an ASUS with the 6th gen i5 and it doesn't freeze. Minus the freezing, the laptop was really nice and fast. I was very disappointed with having owned an Acer in the past that worked great.

This was a gift for our d-i-l. While her computing needs aren't heavy, they are varied. So far, she's utilized the laptop in every mode imaginable, is thrilled with the speed and versatility, and says the display is crisp. She also *really* likes the touchpad functionality. I got to see it in action briefly and it certainly exceeded my expectations. The display is crisp and viewable from many angles without distortion. The touchpad is very responsive. Possibly the best gift I've ever given to her. Considering getting another for my husband for his consulting business.

Second one we have purchased and very happy with performance and features on this laptop.

My last computer was bought in 2010. It had a gigantic screen which makes this seem small. I realized it when I bought it. I just did no realise how much I used the side by side feature of programs. A larger screen would have helped. This is certainly more usefull when I travel. I am still learning the cloud and how to use it. And the various program changes. But I think I am going to like it.

I miss the old laptops with separated mouse clickers, and track pads that worked. I am not a fan of super skinny form factors. But since that's all that there is this is a good form of it, with good specs to boost. Speakers are in a strange spot sound good if your watching something in tablet mode, get muffled otherwise. Tablet feature works, but if you want a tablet... go buy a tablet.
