This is a great laptop. Fast, reliable, doesn't get too hot, and very sleek. I was aiming for the ssd and my boot times are within 30 seconds. But it does have some flaws. The touchpad isn't so great, the feel and sensitivity are sometimes not enough and I would prefer to use a mouse when I can. Also the screen is a bit on the dimmer side and I had to adjust some settings around.

I researched products, as I usually do, before purchasing. Everything pointed to this laptop as light, efficient, fast, and able to perform several typical functions. I was and am not disappointed. The computer runs fast and it has been responsive to all that I have needed to do. If one is looking for a laptop that is light and not cumbersome and looking to utiiize basic programs this is for you. It can be used as a laptop, notepad, and pyramid. while it does not have a CD/DVD drive it had a great touch screen capability and web cam. Just what I needed to take on the road to perform many of the tasks I need to accomplish. And finally, the price is right.

I love this laptop you can use it as a traditional laptop or make it into a touchscreen both ways it's perfect and the battery life is very very nice I have gotten at least 7 hours out of a charge. I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a nice laptop.

Email is my primary source of communication as I am profoundly hard of hearing. My first laptop was an Acer and I was very pleased and no issues until it turned 6 years of age. Also the Windows Vista software was not going to be supported much longer. The Geek Squad was fantastic in helping me get this set up and running as well as getting all my data off the old one.

Bought this model for work while traveling. It feels light and is definitely fast in response. Work entails mostly word processing, and may not satisfy others' needs, but it is a relief when hauling a decent "work horse" around.

BOUGHT THIS MACHINE TO USE FOR WORK. VERY PORTABLE & VERY FAST

We bought this as a second laptop for our family and have been very pleased. The touchscreen is responsive and the battery life has been very good. It is a bit heavy to use in tablet mode, but we still enjoy the convenience of using it as a tablet when watching TV. So far, the kids are enjoying Minecraft without any trouble and we love this PC!

Really like the lightweight Acer, and so far it has all the features I need, quick to start and easy to manipulate.

I bought this laptop for my company so that we had a Windows 10 machine to test our products on. Having a high resolution touch screen is a plus with the new Windows platform. The touchscreen and 3 additional plus points: i5 processor, 8GB of memory (a big positive for driving W10), and a 256GB solid state drive... these features vs. the price helped me with a quick selection in the store. Bought to be used as a part time, testing device... now I use this machine daily!

I bought this laptop Nov. of 2015 not even 1 week after purchasing it, it started to give me problems. The internet would crash and say its display driver has stopped working, it started freezing my opened programs. I would have force close it through task manager I'm on my second one, and the same problem. And i'm about to change it for a third time to a different brand name because i wont through this for a fourth time. Its a beautiful laptop, great price. the keyboard is smooth and i loved the fact that it folded into a tablet, its a shame I have to change it. Please fix this. I'm really dissapointed with this issue.

This computer is my first purchase of a laptop and it works amazingly well. The touch screen works phenomenally but my only complaint would be the fact that if you pull the screen towards yourself (inwards) in any place besides the middle while your touch screen is activated, you screen will start touching in a complete line downwards which can be annoying if what you are doing is IMPORTANT. Also, the battery life kinda sucks if I were suddenly without my charger and wanted to use my touchscreen because the battery life gets drained like water in a sink, also known as hours of Netflix and YouTube, after about five hours. With the touchscreen deactivated, it's pretty solid, haven't really paid attention but it definitely last waaay longer.

Well worth the money and compares to a more expensive laptop in our family

Is a good product just that is not so good for grafiics.

I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and so far so good. It's a solid laptop and Windows 10 runs smoothly.
