It is a good laptop. I purchased this after my last Acer aged out. It has a slow response to touchpad, sometime not working until you press hard. I have adjusted sensitivity but didn't really help. Otherwise a good basic laptop. Biggest complaint would be crappy Battery life.

Purchased this for my 89 year old mother, she uses it mostly for to watch videos on YouTube. Seems that it works rather well for her and she has not informed me of any issues with it.

I am very happy with my Acer Chromebook. It was very easy to set up, and seemed like all my data from my previous Chromebook was instantly in front of my face.
