You're getting what you paid for. I bought it for my 10 year old son, so he could something to play with and it works great for him.

Perfect for my 10yr old to do research and other school activities. I love how you can personalize the computer fonts, theme, color to fit their style. I like the size especially during computer typing lessons. Definitely a good first computer for kids. Over a month in and everything is smooth.

Good, does all that is needed but without too many feature functions, but who needs those when all you really need are the basic functions for the price and plenty of memory and disk.

I am thoroughly pleased with my selection of this device. My son needed something entry level for school and this fit the bill. The battery lasts for ages and it has a sleek appearance.

I really love Chromebooks. This is the third one I have owned. Acer has always meant great value.I basically use this for personal emails, Google and You Tube and did not need anything fancy. Just basic which this does well. The only weak point (IMHO) is the battery life is limited between charges

Great Chromebook, much faster and a bit smaller than the 12 year old HP 11.6 it replaces. Also a great value.

I loved this little Chromebook until it suddenly would not produce sound in any way. I followed every step to every recommendation on how to fix this issue, and nothing helped. It was as though it no longer had speakers at all. I bought this laptop at the end of November, and it stopped having sound by February. I purchased it at such a great price, it would not be worth it to spend the same amount to have it fixed. I would like to try another one, but this time, I would think twice about also including a plan that would cover issues, such as the one I had. I am unsure if the laptop I happened to get simply had a problem, but because of this, I cannot recommend it to others.

Purchased this for my 89 year old mother, she uses it mostly for to watch videos on YouTube. Seems that it works rather well for her and she has not informed me of any issues with it.

Great buy! Brought 2, My 8 year old grand twins use them every day for movies, games and homework. Love the size also, not big like most laptops!
