Best chromebook that i have had in years. I like it that it has a warranty and the price was awesome. I will be always shopping at Best Buy. They delivered it right to me.

I purchased this chrome book for my son, from setting my experience with it I personally think its small and basic. As for my son he thinks the memory could be better and it definitely not a game computer. This is an ideal computer for a beginner I hope Was able to help whoever needs to see this.

This laptop has worked perfectly for getting my new job's required learning knocked out while still allowing me to stream videos on the go solid laptop for simple use!

I have had a Chromebook for many years! My old one still works but I was out of anymore updates. My husband gave me the same thing for Christmas! I love it!!

Great computer to have for internet and word doc. We needed a quick computer to do some simple/basic stuff.

It nice compact and letters are nice size to read and keyboard are beautiful to read when one has problem seeing and easy to carry from one room to another I love it

Great Chromebook, much faster and a bit smaller than the 12 year old HP 11.6 it replaces. Also a great value.

It gets the job done but the battery life is much shorter than our other laptops and the display hurts my eyes. The display is not very sharp. It’s so cheap though that I would recommend it if you need a simple no frills device for occasional use.

I really love Chromebooks. This is the third one I have owned. Acer has always meant great value.I basically use this for personal emails, Google and You Tube and did not need anything fancy. Just basic which this does well. The only weak point (IMHO) is the battery life is limited between charges

I loved this little Chromebook until it suddenly would not produce sound in any way. I followed every step to every recommendation on how to fix this issue, and nothing helped. It was as though it no longer had speakers at all. I bought this laptop at the end of November, and it stopped having sound by February. I purchased it at such a great price, it would not be worth it to spend the same amount to have it fixed. I would like to try another one, but this time, I would think twice about also including a plan that would cover issues, such as the one I had. I am unsure if the laptop I happened to get simply had a problem, but because of this, I cannot recommend it to others.

Great buy! Brought 2, My 8 year old grand twins use them every day for movies, games and homework. Love the size also, not big like most laptops!
