Perfect for work and school I love that it comes with a case I’ve had no problems it’s a great laptop for the price.

The only issue is the speakers and sound quality could be better. Otherwise the build quality and battery life are great.

it took some time getting used to, but that come with getting a new computer anyways. but over all 10/10

Exactly what I was expecting based on product description. This isn’t the fanciest machine but It handles everything I’ve thrown at it. Fast processor and great display.

Spilling a glass of orange juice over my Chromebook was not great. I took it to Best Buy, and they told me to look at a new one vs repairing the sticky keys, etc., on my damaged Chromebook. Best Buy has sales staff in each department and they know their products. I am very happy with Besy Buy. I've been a customer for years. I brought in my grandchildren throughout their school years, and they loved the patience of the salesperson with all their questions. The headset I found for one grandson allowed him to concentrate without all the chatter from other students, so he could complete his class much earlier than others. I only have had good experiences at Best Buy.

The Chromebook is a good low price alternative to a laptop, however, the Chromebook OS has some shortcomings, like not being able to put apps on the desktop that I find frustrating. 8 hour battery life is great.

Easy to use with good battery life and browsing speed

I’ve been using my Acer laptop for a while now, and overall I think it’s a pretty good device for the price. It runs smoothly for everyday things like schoolwork, watching videos, and browsing the internet. The speed is decent, and I like how quickly it turns on and loads apps. The design is simple but nice, and it’s light enough to carry around without any problem. The battery life lasts me several hours, which is great when I’m not near a charger. However, there are a few downsides. The sound isn’t the best, and the screen could be a bit brighter. Also, the body feels kind of plastic, but that’s expected for the price. Overall, I’d say it’s a reliable laptop for daily use. It’s not perfect, but it definitely gets the job done.

I absolutely love this computer; the keyboard feel and battery life are exactly what I was looking for, so it suits me perfectly.

It's good laptop for home use we don't use for work but if we did probably be good for that too we recommend this to all your customers

I was taken aback to discover on getting home that this was not the normal laptop I thought I had purchased. Over a few days, though, I found that I was able to get what I needed from the Chromebook. The salesman certainly should have made the nature of a Chromebook, as distinct from a regular laptop, clear. Still, it has worked out okay.

It does everything and has the apps built in. I would have had to purchase Microsoft Office & protection with a normal windows computer. I love the graphics and design. Price was great, $149, 15.6 with a case. Would buy again!

I bought this Chromebook just to study for a test and that was the only reason. But after using it I think it's an awesome Chromebook perfect size screen is amazing resolution is good response time is great I'm actually very impressed especially for the price I now find myself using it everyday definitely recommend this product
