This laptop performs adequately, but it does have some drawbacks. It tends to run a bit slowly and can get quite hot during use, which can impact your overall experience.

The computer was well protected in its packaging and everything the description said it was. But tht case it came with kind of suck, it had no handles or no easy way to carry it. So if you want a case with handles, you will have to buy your own

Battery life is great, capable of doing what needs to be done for school.

I have a dream of becoming a screenwriter in Hollywood and sees purchasing this device my dreams my dreams have been catapulted into serious determination as I have completed 2 scripts and plan to write more as having a Chromebook is a very motivating expireience if the software used is up to snuff which my Chromebook surely is…Customer Service was excellent as well.

I only purchase Acer laptops as I have never had issues with them.

Purchased this to replace my laptop and I find it worse than the laptop. In running apps like Facebook and Instagram it glitches and doesn't give me the options the laptop gave . Also the simple solitaire app crashes quite frequently. I thought this thing was going to run these simple apps easily but I was wrong . I would not recommend this or the chromebook for these apps.

Great product holds a battery and honestly row of batteries and does well with schoolwork !:)

For the money- such a buy. It has a nice large screen and a nice keyboard WITH a keypad to boot,
