I even had a technician come out to help. When I tried to return the Chromebook, I was told I was 2 days outside the return window. So, I’ve got a Chromebook I can’t use the way I needed. Very dissatisfied customer.

The app freezes and seizes up the minute its opened. Whenbthe game finally loads your moving a glitchy inch every 10 seconds or so. Upgraded my spectrum internet and there was absolutely no change. Hate youre able to get away with selling garbage to people.

If I was able to no give a star, then that would of been my choice. I will NEVER shop there again and highly suggest people shop around before going here. Sales person didn’t listen to my wants

My daughter likes to play Roblox & this was a Christmas gift so she doesn’t have to play it on a tiny phone screen. Got it home. Opened Christmas Day just to find out it doesn’t support that game smh

Stopped working after 3 months

Chromebooks are different from Windows laptop products in that they are designed to be used primarily while connected to the Internet, with most applications and documents living in the cloud. Because of this they don’t have much for on-board storage but they also are not expensive either. Chromebooks run off apps like an Android phone or tablet so you cannot download and install applications or .exe files. If you need to use third party software applications that must be installed on the computer, a Chromebook is likely not for you, where a Windows laptop would suit you better. 1. Close your running apps, programs, and windows. Sometimes, having too many things running at once can slow down your Chromebook.
2. Check for updates.
3. Perform a factory reset (Powerwash).
