    I should have known to not trust a low price on a chromebook, but this one is truly a waste of money. Camera worked for a week and then stopped - factory reset and everything to no luck. Trackpad must feels like its a 1st gen trackpad... where the cursor skips across the screen and no adjustments will fix it. Save your money...Also, getting hardware overload warnings and there has been nothing added to this laptop... its for my 1st grader to do school assigned learning programs - which as luck would have it - need a camera to sign in with QR code.

    Horrible laptop but it was cheap and you get what you pay for. The cord is already broke. Doesn’t charge. Only had for 4 months. Since it’s a chrome book you are forced to use Google apps. Scam.

    I liked this chromebook but 6 weeks after I got it one of the charging ports stopped charging, it has two so rather than send it in for repair I used the one on the other side which still worked. Now 6 months in that port had stopped working. It takes forever to get an appointment at Best Buy for diagnostic and you can’t just walk in, they won’t see you!

    The screen resolution looks too fuzzy especially if you're used to a 1080p or higher screen; HD resolution maybe ok for a small screen but not for a 15.6" The speaker sound is awful. Sound is too tinny even for watching YouTube. I have 2 other Chromebook and this one will be ok to have under my car seat.

    Purchased 4 July 2022, I use it for web surfing and email on a daily basis. A couple hours a day. I had no complaints until yesterday when it did an update. I get the notification that it has updated itself and needs a restart to complete the update. Its done this procedure a few times in the 2 months I've had it, but this time I click ok restart and the screen goes black and will not restart. Dead, plugged into the charger or not. Hold the power and reload buttons together and nothing. Black screen. No light next to the charging port to indicate if its charging or not. The battery was fully charged when it went black. Now I have a 15.6" brick

    Display is dull

    Decent laptop but the display is a problem. It's very dim and hazy looking and the color is light making it hard to view. Also no adjustments to fix it just light and dark with night vision. Returning this one.

    I chose this Chrome book due to being very familiar with this brand as I have used one for my job. It will not hold a charge and no office apps work to edit important documents.

    If you need a basic Chromebook, this is it. Quick enough to surf the web, or listen to music. . The battery last s a long time. However this particular model has crashed five times (in 3 months) to me that is a lemon. I would have returned it if it wasn't passed the date. Don't need the hassle from customer service

    The display/screen is so blurry!

    The quality of this laptop screen/display is absolutley terrible! Compared to my old acer that was MFG in 2017, it looks like a blurry dull mess. It hurts my eyes to use this laptop. I just picked it up today and will be returning it tomorrow.

    When you open any application , says no memory. It is not good for even email . Battery power is good bot work as a tablet.

    I purchased two laptops in Aug 22 for my children. One stopped powering up even if it was plugged up. Although I purchased the geek squad protection I was abke to use the manufacturer warranty. So I only had to provide the box and they sent me a prepaid label. It will take 5- 10 days to repair and return. Good thing is that I didn't have to pay for this repair
