It starts instantly, picture quality is first rate, Google has enough work arounds to make MS office look like stone age electronics thanks Acer and Best Buy!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The first 3 1/2 months were great. Then the problems started. The screen went blank & it shut down. I called tech. support they had me send it in for repair (it couldn't be fixed over the phone). A month later I got it back. It worked well for a month and the screen went black & it shut down again. Called tech support and tried to fix things for 10 minutes and we finally got it to reboot. Now 2 weeks later the same problem. I remembered how to reboot it and it worked but I called tech support just to have the problem notated. They want me to send it back again, So I'm going to send it back again. By the time I get it back my warranty will be up in a couple months. I asked about an extended warranty and for 2 years they want $40 but it will only be for 1 year extra coverage because the 1st year will already be up. Watch out for these type of extra warranties. Make sure they cover past the original manufacturer warranty.

This laptop isn't worth $60 let alone $200. You can't copy and paste text, you can't scroll, it claims to be touchscreen but is not and it is very slow. Save your money and get a computer that actually works correctly. This will be an instant regret purchase.

I was told it would work with my printer and would match up to my older laptop, only ro find it does neither. Would return it for a different one if i knew how. Im on a fixed income and cant afford new stuff. Should of just kept my slow old one.
