    Sorry, but I have not used this Chromebook yet. I'm basing my review on my older Acer Chromebook, that is just like this one. I love my old one. This one has a faster processor and upgraded graphics vs my old one. At $129 I just couldn't pass this one up as a backup, or for an upcoming Christmas gift.

    I bought this for my granddaughter who is going into 3rd grade. She already has a smaller Chromebook that will be going to her sister who is starting kindergarten. There were several reasons for buying this particular Chromebook. First, it is a much larger screen and I thought that would help with researching information on the internet. Second, it has a numeric keyboard on the right side, like a PC keyboard. I have never seen that feature on a lower end Chromebook, and I know it will help when keying in anything with numbers as that is much faster than using the numbers over the letters. Finally, the Best Buy low price made this practically irresistible, as the value beats anything else I have seen lately. As far as my granddaughter, she couldn't be happier. She already told me that this unit can do some things that the older one could not. That is probably related to some games the kids play but regardless, she is thrilled to have this. Needless to say, I highly recommend this Acer Chromebook.

    This was ideal for my mom, who just uses it for basic internet functions like email and finances. The large screen sealed the deal, along with the pretty low price. So far, so good in terms of performance. The only potential concern is how long it will last.

    Acer - Chromebook 315-15.6’’ is a great value. Hard to believe you can get something for this price that works really good. Fast and capable of basic stuff: web surfing, email, videos, etc. If you need a basic laptop - this is hard to beat.
