    Purchased for an octogenarian parent that only needed a newer laptop for email, web surfing and online bill payments. This fit the bill and was much faster and easier to use than a much older and considerably slower laptop that had been upgraded to Windows 10. This machine was a great value!

    Made a quick purchase after accidentally breaking previous laptop, very satisfied with discounted price of $129. While I would've preferred having a touchscreen, the device is incredibly fast due to its excessive storage. The only thing that is annoying is that sometimes the sound on my headphones just stops working at random although a reset of the device has restored it every time.

    Got this to help with some work I needed done while my desktop undergoes repairs. It's definitely worked just fine for the basic internet needs I've needed it for. Deducting a star because Chrome's bloat in recent years does result in this Chromebook struggling if more than a couple tabs are opened at once. If you keep your usage streamlined to just what you need that moment, it'll be just fine!

    I prefer Chrome as opposed to Windows because it has it own built in virus protection. I use this laptop to cruise the internet, manage my investment portfolio and other personal matters. It is sleek nice, no frills and suit my purposes. I got it at a great price too. Very satisfied with the Acer brand.
