So in a last minute pinch I had to purchase my daughter another laptop due to hers dying on her mid-semester. It's perfect for my daughter's online college courses. Budget friendly and effective! Would absolutely recommend.

An outstanding Chromebook. Bought it for the included pen but I, honestly, don't use it very often. Bought it to replace a Samsung Chromebook that I gave my eleven year old and have been very happy with it.

I have the 713 21 model I5 128 mob with 8gb and love it So I bought the new one and yes it’s faster then the previous model . The screens are the same but my older unit is a bit taller and longer. Definitely a great buy on sale at $629 Best Buy. I also has bought a Asus 5400cx Boss specs but couldn’t see the keyboard inside with light on in a room. Took it back Now I use the older one for work and newer one for myself in my new business. Can’t beat the quality Acer puts into these line. Keep an eye for a sale and grab it.

nice computer. chose this instead of a tablet. nice size and I like being able to use the screen either as a computer with key board or simply turn and use as a tablet.

Great laptop. Is exactly as described. All features work well. Love the lit up keyboard. Love the touch screen and pen option. Fast clean crisp screen and pages.

Easy to update. Fast processing. Perfect size and screen. Perfect to carry along for business or pleasure. Good value.

While this thing runs super fast and the screen/features are great, there are some flaws that were the deal killer for me and I ended up returning it. Many printers are NOT supported by ChromeOS. I tried connecting my Dell C1760nw and it would not work no matter what I tried. I contacted Google, Acer and Dell and all said it is not supported and will not work. Google says it's a Dell issue and Dell says it's a ChromeOS issue. There is a popping sound that comes out of the speakers. It even happens when on mute. From what I have read online, it seems like a hardware issue. It does not happen when using headphones.

Went back and forth on this versus the Dell, but went ahead because of the better performance and a very good sale BB had for the holidays. Haven't had to test any falls yet, kid happy with performance using multiple tabs and document apps

The visual presentation is fair representation of what you get for performance and quality. The foot and finish of this product are definitely something the manufacturer thought about.

I bought my Acer Chromebook 2 in 1 laptop/ tablet at bestbuy while it was on sale. The price was better than anywhere else and i have enjoyed it very much!

This was a christmas gift for my husband. He loves it, states it is really fast. He loves the touch screen. Super easy set up.

I bought an ACER Spin 713 Chromebook (CP713) back in 2019. It was one of the top-rated Chromebooks at the time. Overall the CP713 was a great unit. I really liked the 3:2 screen ratio, back-lit keyboard, and snappy performance. It received daily use for 3.5 years, but sadly must now be replaced. I paid quite a bit more for the 2019 CP713 than BB's price for this 2022 CP714. So going back for another ACER Chromebook was an easy decision. It arrived yesterday. First impressions: It is noticeably lighter than the 2019 model. The 16:10 ratio on this 2022 unit is not noticeably different from the 15:10 (3:2) ratio on the CP713, which is important to me. The overall width of this new one is a "hair" wider than the CP713, and the new CP714's depth is noticeably shorter (measured from front to back). I had several "maintenance" problems with the CP713 over the years that I fixed myself, so this time I bought a 3-year ext. warranty directly from Acer for this new model. The final major issue on the older model was a broken hinge, which I had fixed a couple of times previously. I think the CP713's screen was a little too heavy for the hinge design (especially if you walked around with the screen open). This new model's lid/display is lighter and slightly shorter, so the hinges seem to have less strain on them. The new WIFI 6 speed and connectivity is awesome too. I know paying more than $500 for a Chromebook is considered extravagant, but I do not regret investing a bit more for the ACER Spin 14 CP714.

This Chromebook is specked right. Good processor, enough ram, decent ssd. I just wish it has a smaller form factor and a little different fit / finish. Don't get me wrong, this is a high quality machine. Just where you open the lid feels funky, and it's a little too large to be used as a tablet.

This instrument is perfect. It is built with such quality and precision that I cannot express enough. I am very impressed by its performance and design.

I love my new laptop. I am not very tech savvy but this laptop is easy to use and is just perfect for me. Can do everything I need to do with speed and easy.

Easy to navigate, fast speed, easy setup and excellent clear, crisp screen. Bonus of a touch screen!

So far I’m getting along with the new way of doing things. Since it not quite like a regular tablet there are some learning curves for a 60 year old

The Acer Chromebook 714 is fabulous. It's fast. The display is clear. It has a great port selection. The keyboard has a great feel. ChromeOS does everything for me. I use Google's Apps and the Microsoft suite as part of Microsoft 365. It starts up and shuts down in seconds. I couldn't ask for anything more. The BestBuy online purchasing process was smooth. Delivery was prompt. Again i couldn't ask for any more.

First laptop and it is great. Loved the setup just wish it had a couple more USB ports

I've been waiting for an up-to-date Chromebook. This unit was selected when it was on sale. Wow, it checked out fine and I'm happy with the choice.
