    My computer came with 250 GB hard drive and not 1TB as was in the description of the computer

We checked this model and see that this ships with two hard drives: a 256GB SSD which is the drive the operating system is on, and a 1TB SATA hard drive for storage. Please check your computer storage again and if you are not seeing the 1TB drive, please contact PlanetROI who provides warranty service and support for the recertified products.
