total garbage. return it asap if you can. for those that don't believe it can buy the hunk of junk and see for yourself. and don't bother calling Acer support on why you cant download software update. they will tell you to factory reset it, and i read about this issue in Acer forums as well as other forums...from February 2018 and it still does it on brand new 3 day old tablet? GARBAGE!
