This PC is everything the budget-gamer expects and more. I am a casual gamer and do not want to spend tons of money getting a fully loaded PC. This laptop meets every bit of my expectations. I bought it to mostly play WoW Classic and do day-to-day browsing. I can run WoW Classic on 10 (high) settings and it runs the game with no problems and I routinely get at or near 100fps in populated zones. The only drawback that I've found is that the system does get a little hot along with the AC power adapter. I counter this with my laptop stand that has cooling fans. The battery life is also shortened when running on high settings. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.

I wish the battery life was better. Only lasts a couple hours. But overall it’s a good little computer for my 12 yr old to play his online games and such. I can see we will need to upgrade eventually when he gets into the more content heavy games

This think absolutely cranks frames, can I run it says it can’t but it plays battlefield v at 50-60fps at medium settings and it looks super good. Only thing is it can get loud but is super tolerable and overall I would recommend this to anyone on a budget

Purchased this for my grandson as both a gaming laptop and also for use at college. He loves it. Stated it did everything that he needed and more. I thought it was a little on the heavy side, but all of the gaming laptops were on the heavy side.

Bought this laptop for my son for college and he loves it! He is able to play video games, watch movies, and do homework. The picture is fantastic, the speed is fast, and it has a lot of memory. Great buy!

Bought for my son as he needed a new one for college. He also is big time gaming, so this passes the money vs capabilities test. Bought it pre COVID shutdown. Wish I had bought two more for my wife and myself

Acer nitro5 is geat for its price and all the options that it provides, 8gig ram is only in one of 2 slots so you can add more any time plus graphics card is great and vents are working perfect, iwould recommend this product because of the good price !

Good solid computer. Got it for my son's programming courses. With the fast boot-up and excellent graphics, it performs very well -- even when he games on it. It is expandable so he will be able to keep it updated and performing great for a long time.

Very great PC. Runs games like Overwatch smoothly at 60FPS. I do recommend getting a hard drive for the PC though as the 256 gigs of solid state gets used up after a few games/programs.

I have owned this laptop since January, it’s August and I haven’t had a single issue, I use it for video editing and it’s extremely great, the SSD, CPU and GPU perform extremely well

So far, this laptop has been great. It was very easy to set up and I only had to erase a few pieces of bloatware. The keyboard seems a little soft, but otherwise it’s great. I think this is an excellent buy for the money and it comes oculus ready.

awesome laptop purchased this at store. recommended buy a rep there. awesome laptop for the price. it had an extra sata drive compartment in which i added and formatted an ssd for more storage.

Definitely worth the price tag. It’s sleak, the color scheme is stylish, and the processor is one of the fastest I’ve ever had. Mine came with a nice carrying sleeve, so that’s even more added value. Great for gaming and videos.

design is not the best, especially with all the thick bezels around the screen. It's been having problems with keeping wireless connection, hence been using long ethernet cable. Besides that, it's pretty fast

Keeping it simple. For you super game nerds a PC with this current setup will never be enough and you scoff at folks like us who do our best to buy a a computer at all capable of playing recent games. So if your a gaming snob, just stick to PCs with the higher end screens, graphic cards and processors and don’t waste your time sitting around picking this apart. With that said, will it play the vast majority of what is available out there right now and do it reasonably. Yes. Does it have great specs, not really compared to all the myriad of gaming PCs out there at higher costs but again for the vast majority of games it can run it and do it quite well. Anyway, I think for the price point it is not a bad deal and had enough of everything to get me a couple of years of good times.

I had several older laptops that were on their way out. I wanted to get a new laptop to use for the kids homeschool work as well as enable them to play games like the Sims and newer titles. I researched this laptop and after seeing all the positive reviews I decided to pull the trigger. This laptop has not disappointed. The graphics card has been powerful enough to run Warframe in a window with full graphics settings and there were no discernible hiccups. The only "complaint" I may have is that the fans can at times get rather loud. They're doing so to keep the massive graphics card and motherboard cool so it doesn't overheat and cause problems. I can't really find a lot of fault with that so am ok. I'm confident once I get a good set of headphones I won't even notice that anymore. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase.

Was able to play a game I been playing for years with full graphics on, as my previous laptop didn't, had to have game on lowest graphics as it lagged my game out. I would highly recommend this gaming laptop to my friends .

Got it on black friday, cant beat 600$ for a high end gaming laptop. My first one was actually broken, had to get a replacement, pita. Wish there was a way to keep the LED backlit keys on full time. But its a good laptop so far.

I wanted to get a laptop capable of doing video editing with Adobe premier, and this laptop is well suited for small to medium sized video jobs, you will be hard pressed to get a laptop that beats this performance for the price.

I purchased this laptop to use for everyday tasks as well as gaming and it definitely gets the job done. Spec is awesome especially for the price of this laptop. I got it on Black Friday for $599! So far it’s been nothing but amazing!
