Love the graphics. Only problem one of the keys has popped off.

Good product with great graphics & very easy to use & navigAte around the system

Bought this for my wife, as her old Toshiba was starting to peter out. She is not a gamer, but needs good detail graphics. This is a great computer! Super fast, awesome graphics, lighted keyboard is terrific. I've been an Acer fan for years and this one has certainly kept me a loyal customer.

Only real issue so far is you have to get external speakers if you want to hear anything.

First time owner of an Acer it does take a bit to get use to where all the control are opposite of an HP or Dell. My biggest complaints is the backlit keyboard does not stay lit and there is not way without adjusting the BIOS to do it from what I have researched. Also the volume of the speaker is not as great as other laptops I have owned, but overall a very nice laptop for the price.

I only play The Sims but in the past, my other computers seem to not be able to handle the game as well. This one does! It has a great design. I think it looks so sleek and the red is very cool. It has an extra cooling setting so it doesnt overheat and it loads very fast!

first product purchased, the keyboard had contact issues; found out this product had known issues through reviews. brought in to Geek Squad, they confirmed issue, returned for new replacement product. second product works great!! pleased with speed, performance, screen clarity, and future expansion. used mostly for schoolwork and gaming. would give 5 stars if worked right the first time!

A great gaming laptop for the price, with great ease of use from opening the box

For what I needed - a solid, dependable computer that runs fast and handles games - it's great. Not the best screen or speakers, but perfectly fine for the price and purpose. I'm very happy with it after the first 2 months. Memory and storage are very upgradable.

Do not use it for gaming but for the price could not pass it on. SSD and crisp 17 inch screen make a great platform for my use (word processor and graphics. No CD drive and memory card slot are a bit of inconvenience but not a problem for me. So far great product overall.

i have had this laptop for months now. it was a great price and i have had no problems with it. the monitor is mediocre, but i upgraded ram and storage. i render animation on it and its able to handle it witch says alot for a lap top. its very solid buy.

I was skeptical about this Laptop but when I booted it up I knew I had made a great decision on this purchase! Plus Acer made this laptop so you can upgrade the ram and SSD storage so it’s definitely worth the money, the only not so great thing is the screen brightness but if you have a extra monitor or tv I would recommend using the HDMI to escape the glare.

Works great so far. Charges very fast and works without slowing down even with 10 windows open and a game running with a video on the side. (My way of testing) Battery lasted 5 hours. Not bad. It does get a little warm but that is to be expected after 5 hours.

My husband loves the laptop. He runs WOW on it all week, for hours at a time, along with a few other programs. It works great with an attached gaming monitor as well. I can’t rave enough about how clean it looks, functions and of course the quality for price.

We bought this computer for our son to do homeschooling. It works great for what we bought it for. The only thing is that if it’s not used for a while (during the summer) and the battery dies we found that the battery doesn’t hold the charge for so long anymore.

Love my computer. I bought it to play World of Warcraft, but ended up using it for everything, from email to streaming. Screen big enough to see things without any problems. I connected it to a monitor and wireless keyboard/mouse without a glitch.

Easy to set up, great price, fast and great look. Able to play all my Blizzard games with ease, as well as Witcher 3, which has been known to bog down a computer or two in the past. And is luckily keeping up with the new need for google classroom too.

I bought this as a gift when my Grandaughter turned 18. I researched many models and ended up purchasing the Acer-Nitro. My grandaughter loves gaming on this laptop. It is a very good product and would recommend to others.

We bought this laptop for my daughter to use for distance learning as well as gaming. The built in webcam works perfectly, and when she's done with school the laptop is able to keep up with her gaming needs. Very good middle of road laptop.
