We bought this for an extra laptop/tablet that we could use. It does what we need it to do. I like the feature that you can remove it from the keyboard and use as a tablet.

I purchased on black friday (online). I needed a small inexpensive carry around. I was thinking this was better than the RCA walmart had for same price with similar specs. I ended up getting this and the RCA (for wife). The acer definitely is a good quality heavy feel to it. Screen is nice, though the one that I got came with the LCD cracked (poor packing issue). I took to store and they replaced on the spot no questions. It is better than what I expected (I wanted 4 GB ram ASUS, but it was $300 on sale) for a 2 GB system. After win 10 updated wifi cut out every few minutes, so I ended up installing the driver from acer website and that seemed to solve the disconnecting issues which would have been a deal breaker. Only issue is the full size USB port is only in the keyboard dock (RCA has one built into tablet which is nice, so I may not have noticed the inconvenience except for the RCA had it). To answer the other reviewers question, I put a 128 GB micro SD in (also bought black friday). It recognizes it no problem, which is good cause 32 GB (28 GB usable) on a windows system is almost not usable. Bottom line it serves what I needed (IT guy that needs to remote in to server occasionally, basic entertainment/web use on go), performs better than I expected (realistic expectations), and was cheap (BF sale). For retail price I would probably try to get a 4 GB ram system with 64 GB storage, but I got 2 tablets for the price of one with the bf sales so I am satisfied.

It's not connecting to internet. Tech says may be a bad network card or we have a lemmon.

Used this to replace a failing iPad and am not disappointed.

Had no problem with the OS and then stored a bunch of pictures on the system to then move them to another storage divice

Not what I expected I like Apple iPad better it's just hard to figure out and goes back to previous screen ..just different than what I was used too

Needed an interim computer while regular one was getting repaired; thought this would work. However, it is difficult to use as anything but a tablet.

These tablets are wonderful for being a portable tool in the field for our staff to stay connected without spending too much as they get beat up quickly.

I needed this because I was looking for something that was lighter than my laptop. Carrying it around was easier. Perfect for school! A must buy!!

I have a perfectly good desktop & laptop computer, thing is, my laptop is fairly heavy and bothersome to carry to work. I was looking for a lightweight laptop to commute back & forth with me and found it in the Acer One 10. The fact that it also functions as a tablet is a plus. Mine came with Win10 which I like. I uninstalled the Office Mobile package, and loaded the full Microsoft Office programs. It does everything I wanted it to do, and more. Although not intended as a gaming computer, it does run the less-intense games/sims out there. For more demanding games, I use my other computers. I have had this little Acer for ~2 months now, and haven't experienced any problems with it. There is a very specific niche that this computer/tablet fills quite nicely. For $199, this gives you mobile computing power without straining your back!

For a second computer with windows and able to use as a tablet, small and easy to take any were with you.

Great little computer. Works well in either tablet or laptop mode. Still getting use to Windows 10, but does everything I need to do.

I do almost everything on this Windows Tablet that I do on my laptop. Office, email, streaming, etc.

Bought this for my daughter. She can do everything on it that she would be able to do on a laptop.

This computer uses power faster than it can charge the battery. So if the computer battery is dead, you cannot just plug it in to keep using it. Only useful for brief periods of usage and then must recharge. Oh and dont forget it in idle mode, that also eats the battery faster than it can charge. It must be off to charge the battery.

Has one big problem WIFI DROPS OUT ALOT. There was only 6 reviews when I bought this. But now thats there is more I see I am not the only with this problem. I am going to call the geek squad today to get it resolved.But when it does stay connected I love this computer runs full windows ten. I love using it as a tablet also very handy for things. If they fix the wifi its def a 5 star buy for the price

Bought it for our 11 year old to use for homework and research. She loves it, especially the fact that it is detachable

I returned it. Resolution too small and had to reset it three times within the first month. Too many glitches and hangs.

I purchased this for an appointment software that was cloud-based for a business. I was told that the tablet would be sufficient and that the speed would be fine. I explained that we had 2 Internet Wi-Fi connections one for speed and one for distance. What we are finding is that the system does not connect to the Wi-Fi for speed (5g) and therefore cannot be used for my business.

My laptop screen is broken I don't know what to do let me know if I can change order something please thank you
