Received refurbished laptop not new although the product said it is new when I placed the order and acer replied in the questions that it is new ,also the price should be for new product not refurbished but now the name has changed to refurbished on the website and even support can't figure out how this happened

Renewed not Brand-New

Product said new at the time of purchase, we purchased multiple for our studio and then discovered it's renewed not brand-new, please put an option for a brand new product.
