The first one I purchased quit turning on after 2 weeks of having it (the reason for only 4 stars.) But best buy was able to get me another one for no extra cost. It has amazing graphics and response time. This in my opinion is the best option for the price.

Ive had mine for over a year and I’ve used it so much. It’s a Pretty nice laptop. Can run most new games pretty well. It was able to run starfield fairly smoothly. My only issue with it, is even on the lowest settings, the battery will still die in an hour and an half or so. Overall tho, despite the battery issue (just keep it plugged in) it’s a great gaming laptop.

Great performance but the battery life is horrible and the metal that is on top (behind the screen) dents VERY EASILY! If you can live with those 2 things then you will love it.

Extreamly happy once i upgraded the ram to 32gb and the ssd to 2 tb. It plays all my games easily with no glitching at all

Purchased for my daughter. She has been very happy with the speed and graphics. Uses it for gaming and graphics arts.

The overall performance was amazing, and I haven't had any issues. It would be nice if we could control the volume without using the 'Fn' button; using the volume control on bottom-right screen is quite a hassle sometimes. When typing, it's easy to accidentally hit the PredatorSense button, which brings up an app. It can be annoying when you're typing and hit that by accident. Aside from that, it's pretty good. I'd give it 4.5 stars if possible, but 'm rounding up.

I love everything about this laptop. I had different brands with different processors or graphic cards, but this one I like it the most. The display is perfect for me. It is fast for different games that I play. The battery is lasting long enough. The cooling system is not that that noisy. Lights combinations preset is perfect.

Very fast speed. Everything loads within a minute of starting the laptop. Gameplay is tremendous!

I definitely can say that my purchase from Best Buy was worth it. Got mine last Cyber Monday. I am not disappointment with my Predator laptop. Will surely recommend it to all my gamer friends out there.

This laptop performs well while playing many new games. Baldurs Gate 3 averages about 80 fps, Tarkov is 80 - 100 while maintaining fairly comfortable temps. Would recommend

I've played consoles for a majority of my life, and really wanted to get into PC gaming. After a lot of deliberation, I decided to purchase the Acer Predator Helios Neo, and I have loved it. The graphics and ease of gameplay are so much different than playing on a console. Definitely took some getting used to

I got this as a last minute decision so i could give my 2 year old gaming laptop to my youngest since his had reached its final leg. I love the colors of the lights and as a casual gamer its perfect for what i need. I have had good experience with this brand in the past and so far I've been more then happy. My games run smoothly and my tech savvy boyfriend is jealous its better than his.

Purchased laptop for my son and he loves it. Laptop is fast and graphics are amazing.

This replaced an old Predator from 2018 or so. It is so fast. I had been trying to edit old family videos on the old Predator but the video part kept freezing. This new faster Predator runs the editing program (Camtasia) like a dream. I did upgrade the RAM to 40gbs. The actual display is so much clearer which is really helpful with editing old family videos where the picture quality is already compromised
