This computer came as advertised. I purchased the 5070ti version and it works wonderfully. I would go as far to say it exceeded my expectations. Its satisfying to look at and functions flawlessly. There are no cons. Shipping was fast and package was well taken care of. The process was quick and easy. Would buy from best buy again.

The worst experience I’ve ever had buying PC
ManuelC Posted
The PC started having issues on the very same day I bought it. The power supply made a horrible noise and it also started to smell like something was burning. I returned it because, before this one, I had purchased the exact same PC and it arrived with the glass panel shattered. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I’ve bought prebuilt PCs from other brands before and never had any issues with them.

Hi Manuel, we are sorry to hear about the issues you encountered, especially after receiving two separate systems with significant problems. We understand how frustrating it can be to purchase a new gaming desktop and experience concerns such as unusual power supply noise, a burning odor, and shipping damage, particularly when these issues prevent you from enjoying the product from day one. A power supply should operate safely and reliably, and any excessive noise or burning smell is understandably concerning. We believe you made the right decision to discontinue use of the system and return it for evaluation. We also regret that your previous unit arrived with a shattered glass side panel, as receiving a damaged product can be a disappointing start to the ownership experience. We appreciate you sharing these details, as feedback like yours helps identify potential quality and shipping concerns and provides valuable insight for future improvements. We hope you will consider Acer again in the future. Best regards, Acer Support

The acer predator has been a great product so far. Set up was as simple as plug and play with minimal standard configuration with every new pc. Only thing I would want is more ssd storage.
