Great Computer, specs are great for the price I got it for, It was on sale and I was so happy to have had it, unfortunately I had to return it due to a bad bluetooth receiver, I updated drivers, updated windows, checked for issues with it and reinstalled windows and it worked for a while, but then it started acting up again, however, don't let that discourage you, I couldn't get the same computer again unfortunately since it was out of stock in all the best buys around and I had to go with another computer, they offered repairing option but it would take up to a month for that and I just don't have the time to wait, otherwise I would've stuck with it.

Graphics looks really great, can tell difference right away. Fast boot and performance really great with Fortnite, Minecraft and Multiverses.

Graphics are amazing.. wanted something for 3d printing and this worked out perfectly. Only complaint is its pretty heavy.

PC is a great PC to game on the go. I did upgrade the SSD to be a bit better and that was extremely easy to do with the help of a YouTube video. Highly recommend!

Great machine. Gets a bit hot, but the fans cool it down quickly. With the RAM was upgradable.

Fisrt gaming laptop, get hot fats and battery life last about 5 hours of gaming but ot&er then that's im happy

Good specs but poor design. My model also has the blacklight bleed that others have mentioned. The screen will also randomly flicker and shut off and will not come back on until a restart is performed. The fans have started making a whining noise after about 2 months.

Still learning the machine's capabilities. Fans are loud at maximum speed but nothing headphones won't handle.

After two years of use, received notification that SSD is degrading and will die soon. Geek squad confirmed issue but could not replace ssd since motherboard is flipped and stuck to chassis. Need computer for school, so did not have the time to ship it out for repairs. Not worth spending more money on repairs and do not have time for other options, so have to buy new computer.

I wish the m.2 slots were easier to reach. Im not a huge fan of the “removing the motherboard and flip it over” thing. I wish it was one of the first things that you see when you pop the cover off. Excellent panel, good temps, just a great all around laptop but 512GB isnt enough and upgrading isnt easy.

Only a 1tb SSD away from being perfect, which I added after purchase. Plays Tombraider at max settings easily. Screen size was a big driver. Like the screen ratio better than the 15's.

Great computer. Very fast, good specs and one of the better priced computers. The battery is decent but that’s to be expected from a gaming laptop. Great screen and fast software.

Very good laptop. Runs smooth and fast. Great graphics. The only flaw I can list is that the speakers are not loud by any means. Even at full volume they still are quiet.

What a beast..for $1500 (on sale) it slugs it out with the heavy weights. Love this laptop for its 165w power and all games run very smooth at highest levels. Pick it up if you can find it.

Great computer, except the fan makes a chirping at low speeds, so basically any time you are using the computer there is a super annoying rapid chirping sound. Acer tech support is grabage. They had me go through fan settings to play with the speeds even though all that did was change the pitch of the chirping sound of the fan. They then had me run all windows updates and call back. When I called back they wanted me to mess with the fan speeds again. When I said I had been through that before they hung up on me.
