    Great design, screen, touchpad, keyboard. Unfortunately, I've had multiple units suffer from screen flicker. I kept it hoping it wouldn't be an issue but I'm going to have to send it in. Assuming you're lucky and don't have this issue, it's an amazing laptop.

    HAVE TO TAKE THE ENITRE MOTHERBOARD OUT to ADD M.2

    TERRIBLE AUDIO, Thats all you need to know! Speakers are TRASH! NEED TO REMOVE THE ENTIRE MOTHERBOARD to add in M.2 and RAM. If you're not technical or feel like you can do PC repair go with anything else if you plan on upgrading the M.2 or adding a second one or ram. You have to take the back off, Take the battery out, Unlatch every ribbon cable, then remove all the screws then flip the motherboard around. And if you mess up the display cable..... (thats Glued down) you screwed.

    That’s a no for me dog!! Monitor issues out of the box, finally died after a week. Powerful machine, great for gaming. Moving on!!

    Won’t charge and it’s outside of Best Buy return policy. Only had it 3 weeks and now I’ll be without a laptop for over a week while I ship it to Acer in my dime. Shameful because otherwise it’s a great laptop.

    Is a dud I'd stay away from. From mandatory Acer optimized driver's which black screen the laptop, even after a reset to graphical artifacts this thing is a dud. Returned one for another exact model. Same issues. If you don't plan on playing games and want to use this for like music or video editing. It's awesome. Gaming not so much.

    Speakers are awful

    The speakers are very quiet. I have it set at 100(in game volume and laptop volume) and I can not hear the songs in Rocksmith over my own playing. Im sitting about 4 feet from the laptop. My 5 year old HP Omen drowns out my playing at about 60.

    The laptop was glitching and it takes forever to startup. Took it back to the store and was told it was a manufacturer defect.
