I was looking for a simple notebook with basic internet access and a word processing system. This chromebook has google docs already preloaded onto it and has the additional feature of being a tablet. I ended up with more than I bargained for. It functions great and felt like I really got my monies worth.

So glad I bought this chromebook!! For internet usage and online apps this thing is quick and reliable. The computer is sleek with a nice screen size. I don't regret buying it for a second.

I needed a new computer and didn't want to spend a lot. The Acer R11 has good specs and is the best of both worlds meaning it's a laptop when u want it and a tablet when u want it too. I love the SD card slot for file storage. This particular Chromebook is Google Play store ready, which makes most android apps available too. An aluminum top case, Gorilla glass touchscreen, and great sounding stereo speakers. I liked Google products before and with the Chromebook, I love them even more. Leave overpriced Windows and Apple PC's behind. Well worth the money.

I like that it is light weight and I can flip the keyboard around and use it like a tablet. I do miss the page up, Down,home,end keys. I suspect the sacrifice you have to make for a smaller lighter chromebook.

We bought this at Christmas for our 10th grade daughter who “hates” computers! She has really enjoyed the ease of use, the functionality and the size of the screen. It is used far more to stream Netflix than school projects but everything has worked seamlessly.

Connects to internet fast and is very light weight. Wish it had better speakers though

I have owned this Chromebook for over 2 years now & I still love to use it along with my actual pc laptop from time-to-time. This is a perfect start for those who want to try out a Chromebook to see what they are like, but do not want to invest in one with a hefty price. It has it all: gorilla glass for screen protection from mistakes or drops, holds enough space and memory for smaller file usage, & has touch screen as well with ability to fold 3 various angles. Can fold entirely to convert from laptop style to tablet. I love it and I think it is a great for what it is priced at!

I am mainly Apple brand loyal but I wanted something light, with an SD drive and easy to take along with me. I bought chromebooks for family in the past and they seem to hold up very well! I bought this on-sale and it hasn't disappointed me! The only reason I give it a 4 star is because it would be nice if the keyboard was backlit. Not the best to use in the dark with low lighting.

Excellent chromebook from Acer. I love the touchscreen and the small form-factor. Good build quality, and have been using it for almost two years now.

so easy to use. No worry about security. Good size screen with touch capability. However the touch screen can be a little touchy. Love that I can fold it open.

I bought for my son. It is light weight, easy to travel with and the fact that it bends makes it go from doing school work to playing games and watching movies, very convenient.

What a pleasure. Went from a large business laptop to this small,but adequate, Chromebook. Long lasting battery, easier than other Chromebook that I tried and so lightweight.

I love this computer!! It's the perfect size for me to take to Uni and I live the way it good to let me use as a tablet for when I need to make diagrams instead of just notes.

This is good for school. Easy to use especially, when using Google applications. Very durable. I have dropped it several times & it's resisted cracking.

Love the touch screen, sound is great. It's light and functional. Good for work and fun. Get it if you want good value for the price, versus spending a fortune on a similar product

Purchased the Chrome Notebook for my 10 year old Granddaughter for school and it's PERFECT for her. Fits perfect in her backpack and it's lighter weight than many other options.

I wanted an inexpensive computer for use in my sewing room. It is small & lightweight. It can be a computer or a tablet. It has all the features I need for doing Craftsy classes, shopping for fabrics, getting tutorials on u-tube. and e-mail. It can do most anything I need. It is not for people who do Highly technical operations which require more complicated programs.

This chromebook is everything that my daughter needs. She can do her school work and also play games. It has a long battery life and is easy to transport place to place.
