    My review is not about the monitor as much as it is about Best Buy listing the monitor as new, and not saying anywhere in the ad that it is refurbished ( and refurbed poorly) Item arrived in poor condition, but box was in perfect condition... so.. the damage to the monitor was existing as a refurbed item... Monitor works as intended, but looks horrible... In the questions about the monitor, it is stated as being NEW.. it is not new...

    The image is very bad to say be in 4K and the frequency is only 30Hz, the mouse cursor is a turtle. To use the maximum frequency of 75Hz monitor must necessarily be in the resolution of 1280x1024 pixels. To use this resolution is much better to buy a 144Hz monitor that is cheaper, for example the model of G2460PQU AOC. Really ACER did not meet expectations.
