    I realize it's not brand new, but Acer shipping and their similar issue, plus whats in addition to me as a tech not knowing what's wrong with this unit led me to give it one star. It won't autodetect inputs when the PC is attached via display port cable especially when the computer is off then powered back on! Tried quick start and selecting other settings first. LED indicators are on but does not work right. Looks new otherwise. I call out sneaky tactics in my opinion. Only fix is to unplug everything and plug everything back in. 1 star.

      We are sorry you are having trouble with the inputs on your Acer recertified Nitro monitor. These products have a 90-day warranty against hardware defects. If you are within your warranty period please contact Gierd who provides warranty service and support for the recertified products. Contact information should be included in the box with the product.
