I bought this because it's cheap price! I didnt think I would use it as much as I do! I got it mostly for my son (which is in 5th grade) to finish school because our school did everything online now due to covid. I have also used it to do schooling for myself to renew my nursing license. I also use it for my friends 2yr old daughter that is where the flip is nice. I stand it up so she doesnt carry it around but is more like a tablet. I would recommend this to anyone. Also battery life is great! Does last as long as it says!

I bought this for my 5th grader for " Distant Learning " during the Covid-19 stay at home order. She is familiar with Chromebook, as that is what the school uses in classroom. It's been pretty good, except twice the keyboard wouldn't work. I powered it off and restarted. That seemed to take care of it. I hope it doesn't continue to happen. It's been much easier for her to do graphing math homework on this, then her iPad.. It is a nice size and good looking. I'm hoping it holds up through Middle School.

Never thought I'd say this about a Chromebook but this laptop is amazing. So small but so powerful. Definitley a great purchase at $269.00.

Only used a few times so far but this chrome book works great! It’s light weight, the battery lasts a long time, and it’s easy to use!

I wasn't sure about getting a chromebook at first, and really didn't want an Acer but I got a great deal on it and it's turned out to be a great little laptop. Being an android user the system is really simple to get used to as well! I love that it's touch screen and it can be used as a tablet as well!! I'm giving it a 5 star rating because the product deserves it and I also had top notch service in the store. Mind you, the pandemic had just begun so everyone was on edge but they did great! Thank you Best Buy!

This chromebook is fast, reliable and battery last very long, so far mi kid and I really like it, it has everyhting we need from google and beyond.

I got more than I expected from this computer. Besides being lightweight and very easy to set up it has been a great asset to me.

This was the perfect gift for a 6 year old. Easy to use and the touch screen makes it easier for them to navigate.

Love the stylus and how easy it is to use. Great for kids to draw on. Easy to fill out and save forms by using the stylus.

This Acer Spin 11 is a good entry-level notebook without the usual entry-level notebook headaches. Web sites and apps load just as quickly as they do on my i7 Windows laptop that has much more powerful specs. The Chrome OS is very intuitive and easy to pick up if coming from other operating systems. The body is plastic but Acer did a good job of giving it an attractive faux brushed aluminum looking finish. The unit is lightweight and although not quite as thin as some of the competition, is still pretty thin and is easy to transport. There are four USB 3 ports, 2 type A and 2 type C. There is no ethernet port or card reader built in. The Gorilla Glass protected screen is sturdy and seems very well constructed. The display quality is decent and images have good saturation and color rendering. The display isn't HD but the 1366x768 resolution doesn’t look bad on the 11-inch screen. It actually looks pretty good. My only complaint is that the screen is a little warmer and darker than I typically prefer, even at max brightness. I have an older Acer C720 Chromebook with a noticeably cooler screen. It’s not a big deal indoors but reading can be difficult at times in bright sunlight, even at max brightness. Sound is about what I expected which means it’s passable. However, streaming content, particularly music videos, are actually a bit better than expected. For those who prefer more oomph, there is a 3.5mm audio jack for external headphones or speakers as well as Bluetooth capability. Battery life is awesome. I can use this notebook for hours without touching beyond 20% of the battery capacity. I typically go several days between recharges. That’s with light to moderate use. I like the convertible touchscreen being an option but I am not a fan of this particular implementation. I think it’s okay for occasional use but it doesn’t feel like a true convertible. I don’t like the feeling of the keyboard and trackpad against my hands while it’s folded in tablet mode. It makes it near impossible to use like a traditional tablet with any ease or comfort. The touchscreen itself is nice and responsive but the orientation sometimes gets a little goofy. Bundled extras for this package include an OEM sleeve with soft-lined interior and exterior pocket and a Wacom EMR tablet stylus. The Wacom stylus is very accurate and far more useful and precise than a generic tablet stylus. The Chrome OS also has a pen app for extra features like the laser pointer feature. The pen is great for art, signatures, digital handwriting and for making more precise selections in tablet mode. This Acer Spin has everything most people need in a home computer. It has snappy performance, provides access to the web, email and social media, allows users to create documents and spreadsheets right out of the box and can run Chrome OS games and apps. Unless there is a specific need for a certain operating system, this will pretty much handle most home user needs.

I'm thrilled with this laptop!! Because it's able to switch from laptop to tablet, it is even better than I've ever experienced. It's very easy to use and links up to other devices that you may have. There is plenty of room to save and download on it. Plus you can always use Google Drive to save to. The battery life is great, and the screen quality is excellent. There is a camera, but it's only one way and may just be best for video chatting. Overall, I am very proud of my purchase.

Okay it doesn’t have the highest quality screen, but the screen is not bad, and it’s also a touchscreen. What it does have is a convertible hinge so it converts into useful tablet mode, a stylus for stylus input, a decent keyboard, and an included protective pouch. The stylus is better than I expected, for it offers various levels pressure sensitivity, this is good especially if you’re the artistic type, you can breeze through you homework assignments, and then sketch out your art ideas on the go,
