So light, easy to use, love that it switches between laptop for work and then a tablet pad for watching movies. Sharp.

I needed a new laptop this summer and because of my new job, it needed to be a Chromebook. For someone who is so used to MacBooks, it was a struggle to accept anything else. But since buying this laptop, I have come to love it! Everything is user-friendly and the laptop is lightweight, making it easy to travel with. I haven’t noticed any issues and everything works great with Google Drive, whether I am on or off-line. It also seems quite sturdy, which is different from many of the cheaper materials I’ve seen used on Chromebooks.

The product is good. No problem with the hardware but I do have issues with Google and the functionality of what a chromebook can do. I no longer use this in fact I am trying to give it away but no takers yet. Google has end of life dates on products and you can't even play a movie on this unless it is streaming from Hulu or Netflix. The hardware is solid though and I love the form factor as well as the touch screen.

This tablet has been super good for me as a student. It’s Small and light so is super easy to transport to classes etc

I got this for multiple reasons. I wanted something to be able to read my books on from google play AND my kindle books. I also wanted something that boots quicker than desktop/laptop options I own. I wanted something with touchscreen capability as well. Got all three and more. Only downside currently is learning how the pen operates but since I don't HAVE to use the pen, it's not enough to bring down the grade on this Chromebook.

My child is going into fifth grade and was familiar with chrome books from her school. From last school year always needing to borrow my laptop to get on using educational sites like Freckle, Symphony math, alexia reading (which I didn't mind). My child saved birthday money etc, saved up and purchased this. Uses it for streaming movies, watching videos and since it's summer, on occasion using it for the above mentioned educational sites. :) I stepped them through the initial setup which did not take very long, setting up network, a login, personalizing wallpaper etc. The battery seems to last an appropriate amount of time, I've not heard the dreaded, "I can't ..... it's dead!". The touch screen as well as being able to fold it "backwards" and use as a tablet or to use the keyboard as a base is a really nice feature, and one of the features that had us choose this over other brands. The 11.5" screen is plenty big for streaming videos/movies and is the perfect size to bring along in the car. It also comes with a nice zipping carrying case/sleeve. We have a USB wireless mouse that we purchased separate just for convenience, the keyboard touch mouse pad works perfect fine. It does come with a stylist and you comes with a stick on holder. When I asked my child what they like best, this is what they said. They liked how clean it was and that it didn't buffer when streaming. So for what it's worth..... As a tech person I was worried about the 4gb memory and the CPU speed but for what my child needs and uses for at this point it is completely up to the task. The graphics are again fine for streaming and playing online "kid" games. It allows you to download apps from the google play store. It comes with google antivirus and malware protection built in.

Very easy to set up and use. Love the graphic side of it and size is perfect for my use.

I use this for everything and I love how small and compact it is, the touch screen is a plus.

Good starter computer for my kid. Everything works according to what was provided. Best Buy provides good sales support. One item of annoyance is that my kid, in a moment of excitement, ended up signing up u see her schools account and so we have ended up not being able to retrieve the Disney+ Promo. My wife called the support number multiple times and based on no response expecting it to disappear forever.

Great for school work. Simple and Easy to use. Computer is small and can be easily carried.

It is so useful. It has surpassed my expectations. I use this for writing essays, make presentations and researching. This computer can also be used for coding. I also love how it comes with a sleeve and a stylus, both of which are dead useful. And another thing I like is how it’s touchscreen. This computer makes my life a lot easier.

These are well designed devices. Its being primarily used for remote learning for kids. Gets the job done. No complaints. I would have liked a way to buy the power cord separately though. Initially was bought to be used as a machine with uptown 1-2 hours use a day. Now its being used for 7+ hours non-stop. I am impressed. I would like to know if I can improve RAM on this device?

We picked this up since we have 3 kids that are now participating in distance learning with schools closed for the remainder of the semester here. We chose this one because it had everything that our elementary school kids were familiar with being a chrome book. Ease of use and accessibility were as expected. Would buy again but hoping not to need another one anytime soon.

I bought this for my son who is in Kinder and doing distance learning. It came a day early! It was also easy to setup. Just typed my google information and we were good to go. This isn’t flashy and won’t do ALL the things, but it did exactly what we needed it to do. It has a nice camera and nice speakers. The touchscreen works well and my son enjoys using it.
