I ended up purchasing this lap top as a back up to my HP of which (although still relatively new) has "crapped" out again, and I have to have a back up computer to my desk top. Acer is a great brand, and when searching for a back up lap top to my HP, friends highly recommended Acer. I had an Acer tablet some ages ago, and really liked it. It's too new yet to see if it truly lives up to its name, but at the moment, so far so good. Ease of use. Keyboard is very nice. I love it that it has Ink capability. And is the right size.

I didn't think that this would be a great laptop at first but it is a great laptop even if it was refurbished. I love the features that it has and I am glad I spent my money on this affordable laptop for the features that it has. It has great stability for what it is worth, but the only issue is that the battery life does not last long. That doesn't bother me though because I am usually at home using this laptop whenever I need to.

Nice tablet, rechargeable pen, keyboard, sturdy, responsive, good cooling system. For this price? Not bad!

I love this laptop. I use it for Youtube and it works perfectly. I did have to reboot the computer to factory settings and get an external harddrive but that's to be expected when Working with such large files. All in all, great laptop.

I had very good luck with an Acer laptop in the past, so I bought this one when I was ready for a new one. I really like it. It has everything I need, and I know it will last for a long time. The price was great too!

so far I love it. Was between this one and an hp but specs were the same. No issues so far and love the stylus pen. Only been a couple of weeks so we will see if I still feel the same in a month or two.

I purchased An Acer Spin laptop as a replacement for an older model. This laptop works well . My only coomplaint is the limited information available to set it up , although the on-screen prompts did assist the process. I purchased an Acer because I had zero problems with mt older system.

laptop connects very fast to the internet and lightweight. Not too big or too small. Jus the perfect size if you want to carry it around when going out

Video Camera Stopped working after a week and can’t get it to work. Also, can not get in touch with anyone from Beat Buy to assist with fixing or replacing. Very discouraging when this happens especially with a brand new laptop.
