Great machine for the price, however there are some minor issues with this product. The kickstand seems pretty flimsy and the keyboard is a bit spongy. Also the Best Buy specifications listing says it has an HDMI. This is incorrect. You will need an adapter to connect to HDMI. Additionally it cannot be powered via USB, you have to use a conventional AC power cord. Overall I am satisfied, but there is always room for improvement.

I really like this computer. It runs very well, it is responsive and powerful. I have had it about a month and nonissues with performance. The battery life is not great (3-4 hours maybe), but I knew that going in. However, the one concern I donhave is it can get hot while using it. I have checked around online and that appears to be something that is not uncommon. It uses a liquid cooling, not a fan, and it gets very warm at rimes5

1. Despite the liquid cooling, still gets plenty hot during normal use.
2. Poor build quality, cheap materials. I guess Acer is known for their quality control issues (should have went with a surface pro).
3. The track pad is basically non functioning - bought a laptop mouse to fix that.
4. Tablet randomly doesn't always detect keyboard - have to insert in and out a couple of times to fix that.
5. Plastic frame around keyboard keys became loose after 4 months? Just falls right off due to poor engineering. Can't fix that so have to RMA entire unit?! Called them up, explained the problem to 4 different reps including 2 supervisors and 1 Acer USA CS Manager. All gave me the same robotic "repair only" responses of send the entire unit (tablet & keyboard) and we'll determine what the problem is. In order for their tech to examine the plastic frame and send out a replacement, I have to be without unit (use it for work) for 3+ weeks. Explained that there is nothing the tech can do to "repair" the issue. Offered to send pictures of problem, nope. Offered to prepay for them to send new keyboard, nope. So either deal with poor build quality or find a new laptop to use for 3 weeks. Unacceptable in 2017!
