    Best Buy was great. Acronis, not so much. I have perpetual licenses for True Image, but was FORCED to buy the 2025 "Perpetual License" if I wanted the software to continue to work on Windows 11. My previous licenses were fine until one day they weren't. It is virtually impossible to contact a human at the company. I couldn't get into the chat rooms because I didn't have a working license.
