We've had our Arrow for about 9 months now, as our daughter graduated to this from her powerwheels. It has brought us a lot of family fun as dad and grandpa wish they had this when they were little and the kids get to pretend they are race car drivers! Pros for the parents: - The Arrow taught our daugher better driving skills, when we started, we used the phone app all the time, but once she became a good driver we don't use the app anymore - Going around the block is much easier as the Arrow isn't just a slow / fast speed powerwheels, but can match the parent's walk or jog - Support is great from the factory - they sent us replacement parts super fast, and good tech support for the phone app Pros for the kids - Super cool, so all the other kids want to take turns riding it - Fast enough to keep up with the bigger kids on bikes & electric scooters - It's like driving Lightning McQueen (if you get the red body like we did) One quick tip, get some gloves for your little one, they have so much fun they don't know when to stop and sometimes will get blisters on their hands!

This would be the 3rd go cart my 6 Son has had since he was born and by far the best without a doubt. He's having so much fun zipping around the cul de sac. Top quality product in every sense workmanship materials and we look forward to our Son having years of fun. The handling of the Actev Arrow is really like a high end go cart. The safety measures built into the App are very clever! Support from the Actev Arrow team has been 1st class!! The functionality and technology built into the Actev Arrow is really refreshing!

I bought the Arrow Kart last year for my 8 y/o son. He absolutely loves it. We live in a cul-de-sac with smooth pavement and very little traffic and he has a ball driving it (I also drive it from time-to-time). The car is very easy to drive but we can make it interesting by creating race courses with traffic cones and chalk. The app is really useful for limiting max speed and driving area - especially when the neighbor kids try it out. One minor gripe is that my home wi-fi sometimes takes precedence over the kart wifi and I have to reconnect. I understand Actev is working on that The car has been quite reliable and for any minor issue the Actev team has been exceedingly responsive. Now I just have to get the neighbor kids to get one so we can have races...

For the 4 years we've owned an Actev Arrow, it has been functional for MAYBE 6 months of that time. It was shipped with a broken wireless antenna which I had to repair. Connecting the kart to your smartphone works about 25% of the time. The other 75% of the time you get errors or a notification that the kart needs a software update. While attempting to update the kart's software, it will likely fail and give you an error message. The sensor that indicates closure of the battery compartment will likely break in the 1st year. If, by some miracle, the angel's smile upon you and a connection is made between your kart and smartphone, the kart's battery will likely fail. Despite keeping the battery on the charger when not in use and not exposing to extreme temps, we have gone through 3 $200 lithium batteries. The last one didn't even make it 6 months. Customer service asked me to send the last one into them so they could repair it. A month later I received an email "Sorry, we couldn't fix it, feel free to buy a new one though!"
