Good for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this to hookup my projector since wiring it would be difficult due to the size of my room. It was easy to set up and seems to work well - my receiver has a sound delay setting that compensates for the picture delay created by this.

Seamless
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed this product due to the way my house is set up. I was going to run coaxial cable under the carpets but it left a huge dent in the floor due to cheap carpet pads when the home was built. I plugged these in and don't even notice they are there!

Works Like a Champ
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This replaced the TERK version which made watching difficult when a Bluetooth or Microwave Oven was on. Works perfectly beaming from an upstairs Box to a Downstairs TV.

It will do in a pinch but can give pixelated vid
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought this device to get cable into a room that was not wired. It seems to do the trick and is really neat being able to control the cable box from a different room. However sometimes vid gets Pixelated Since the signal needs to travel through walls for our application on the far side of the house roughly 80 feet away. This means you have to unplug it and plug it back in so they can reestablish a clear signal. Otherwise it is worth the money and did the trick. It would probably be flawless if it was the same room application.

Easy money saver
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought action tech after learning about it from a friend. We have a vacation property and numerous TVs at home. The device is easy switched from room to room and from home to our lake place. I was tired of all of the fees for cable boxes!

Good transmitter for home use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased it for the Super Bowl to make sure I had enough TVs around the house. Pretty easy set up, seems like a simple device. Some data lag, probably attributable to cable company. Overall a good transmitter for home use

Works and does what it says.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As a mobile dj I use this to project videos. At this point I have stretched the system about 200 ft. It worked but had a lag. Have not tested at closer distance. Will update.

Only good for extremely short range
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This device worked well until other people showed up. I used it at an auction and as long as I was the only person in the room it was fine. Once a few other people carrying cell phones showed up, it lost connection and never got it back. Very disappointing. Might be OK for use in your house but not for anything else. It did have a very nice picture when it worked.

Work Pretty Well
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Use two sets of these in my church, projecting from about 60 feet. Normally connect with no issues, however occasional have to unplug to get receiver to pick up transmitted signal. Overall though happy with product.

Send wireless HDMI anywhere in you house
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hooked this system up in less than 30 minutes and it works excellent!! Amazingly provides a clear 1080 HD picture (depending on your broadcast resolution), which never pixelates, stutters, or cuts out. I have the Transmitter on my Cable Box downstairs and my TV is upstairs approximately 50 going through walls and 75 to 100 feet away going from the downstairs unit to the upstairs room.

Worked perfectly right out of the box.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm using it to send a DIRECTV picture to the basement from a second floor receiver. It has failed once, but unplugging the receiver and plugging it back in solved the problem.

Usually works great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product can be temperamental. But this seems to be a function of the cable box rather than Actiontec. The tech help desk has been terrific. The device transmits through doors and walls without problems.

This is a fantastic option for our remote TV
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We purchased this wireless transmitter/receiver for our new Samsung 55" Smart TV which is located in an outdoor enclosure on our patio. We had no option to run an HDMI cable from our satellite receiver to its location. This device was so easy to set up and we now have a great connection to the new TV. So far the picture and sound quality is the same as if we had a direct connection. Very happy with this product.

It is what I expected only one drawback.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently put up a large screenhouse in my backyard and I wanted a way to have a TV in it for sports get togethers. I knew that this technology was available so I went to Best Buy. The sales person there was very informative and helped me pick the Actiontec. It was easy to set up and the infrared connection allows changing of the channels remotely. My cable box is in the house and the screenhouse is separate. The only drawback is that when I remove the receiver outside and leave the transmitter connected I lose my cable video. I wanted to leave this in place but it doesn't work. I have to remove the transmitter.
