Bought this as an alternative to running HDMI through a wall to another HDTV. It didn't bother me to only see the same channel as the main TV so this works great. The fact that you can use the remote from your main TV to change the channel is great via the IR option. Picture quality is perfect HD quality, no lag time, and no cut outs either.

This item comes in really handy when you want to watch TV in rooms without a cable hook up. The picture quality is still amazing for the HDMI. The picture and sound are a couple seconds late compared to the direct line, but that's what you get for wireless. The lag in the picture and sound is not bad... really a second or 2

I needed a simple way to send a signal from the DVD player to two different screens simultaneously. The product was really simple to use and set up. It works automatically every time the tvs are turned on, which is helpful. The only negative feedback I have at all...is that sometimes, there is a delay on the audio on the second tv (where the wireless signal is sent).

The video itself is very clear, but even only 4 feet between transmitter and receiver the signal weakens and the latency is bad. It also doesn't sit well between my Reciever and the TV. I get a lot of incompatible signal errors at power up which means I have to Power cycle my whole system. Overall feel like I wasted my $.

This is the 4th set of these devices that I have purchased and they are great. They are simple to install and setup, and they come with everything you need. I have tried the rest, but these are definitely the best!

This product is great for anybody in an apartment, or who doesn't want to go through the hassle of moving a cable jack. You simply plug the cable box into the transmitter, and plug your TV into the receiver. Boom! Your TV can be anywhere in the house, no wires!

I read the reviews and mounted this in a bathroom television approximately 15 linear feet and through a wall from the Direct TV receiver. After installing, which could not be any easier--plug the transmitter and receiver into an outlet and connect the HDMI cables (included) from transmitter to source and from receiver into TV. In 6 weeks of use, I might have had to power off the transmitter and receiver once, but they synced right back on and have worked perfectly. Audio lags a split second, but the technology is simply terrific so if the two tv's are both on and they are close together, you'll need to turn the volume down on one or just turn one of the tv's off. Highly recommend.

The picture quality was great. I honestly did not see a difference from the wired tv and the one that was connected to the wireless receiver. However it does not work when passed through an AV receiver. This is very annoying because it states that it will transmit 5.1. You can't get 5.1 unless you connect it to an AV receiver. I contacted the manufacturer tech support only to find out that " It does not work with some receivers" I tried four different brands of receivers! I had to return it. It's great if you don't need to connect it to an AV receiver. I purchased the IOGEAR 3D AV transmitter and it works perfectly.

This Actiontec wireless hdmi has been near flawless. Used for home theatre and projector. Easy setup. Units are about the size of a piece of bread, and that is the only negative I have. I'd re-purchase in a moment.

I have a remote patio TV about 30 feet from the sending unit. At first, I did have to reboot every time my Verizon STB when into sleep mode, but then I just changed those settings to never go to sleep and the unit has worked fine since.

This works pretty well, and there are absolutely no wires showing from my 65" tv hung from the wall. The ir blaster could work a little better, but it does ok.

I literally plugged the reliever into the tv and the transponder into the cable box and it connected almost immediately. It works from 30+ feet away through multiple walls. I impressed with the product.

I got this in hopes to mirror the Xbox one wirelessly to the tv in my bedroom and worked like a charm. Now no need for a second cable tv either . Picture quality is perfect too, no lag what so ever.

bought this after my iogear unit stopped working. this unit actually works better and easier to set up than the iogear i originally had. simply plugged in and the unit picked up signal and worked as expected. does not lose signal, does not search for alternate channels to broadcast to maintain signal. the iogear i had always dropped signal and had inconsistent performance. tech support for the iogear was also pretty bad too. distance is about 25ft from transmitter to receiver.
documentation on this unit was pretty sparse, but easy enough to follow. no special instructions or procedures to follow.

Good overall product. Doesn't work to recommended distances but great for transmitting between downstairs living room and outdoor patio that is about 20' of distance. Also doesn't work great if another electrical item is on between receivers - washing machine, dishwasher, etc

Signal fromzen randomly / IR does not really work

Eventhough the distance is not that far from the transmitter (aprox 15ft only) the signal gets frozen randomly. Also the IR sensor works only a few times (very very random) so it really does not work. Not reliable...
I was thinking on returning it to the the seller but decided to keep it for the sake of having TV signal sometimes... but not sure if I can keep it that way for long...
I do recommend it but needs to have line of sight between transmitter and receiver...and that is not the ideal situation...

I needed a way to get signal to a TV that was virtually impossible to run wires to. The quality of the audio and video transmitted to the secondary TV is very good quality. Had a little trouble getting the infrared remote transmitter and receiver to work.

I've been using it for about a month now. My cable box is downstairs, tv is upstairs on the other side of the house. Setup was very easy and the box displays a very good picture. Occasionally, it gts interference from cell phones and other devices when I use them nearby. My house is nearly 100 years old and has plaster walls with chicken wire framing. The downstairs is like a faraday cage. I'd say it di es very well given the circumstances.
